The Grand, York Hotel, York

The hotel boasts a lovely atmosphere with beautiful decor and modern amenities, making for an enjoyable stay. The spa facilities were exceptional, and I loved the variety offered at breakfast, though I encountered some issues with my room's housekeeping and service at the bar. Overall, it was a good experience, but there are areas requiring improvement.
