polite staff delicious breakfast excellent decor
The staff was very polite. Breakfast was delicious! I particularly enjoyed the excellent Christmas decor this year. I also found the location central, ideal for accessing nearby attractions.

friendly people spacious layout quality food
the concierge services are perfect with friendly people. my room had a spacious layout with high quality furniture. i found the breakfast options comprehensive and the food was tasty.
the shower pressure was a tiny bit low. that is all.

excellent experience
beautiful building birthday chocolates
the hotel building itself is beautiful. our room included comfortable space. bags were taken to our room for us upon arrival. we also found birthday chocolates, a nice detail.
there was a bit of material peeling off the headboard. the bathroom also had a sharp bit of metal on the side of the bath. neither of these issues ruined my stay.

the room was spacious with a lovely bathroom. it featured molton brown toiletries. there was everything we needed, and the bed provided comfort. the cleanliness of the room was really good.

the spa was lovely with a swimming pool. a sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi were available. while i did not book any treatments, i plan to do so upon my next visit. i did not eat in the hotel.

the staff was very polite and helpful. they were professional in every interaction. when i checked in, there was a queue, and the staff managed it well. some guests were seated in a separate area to check in.

Acceptable but flawed stay
uncomfortable bed random housekeeping
The building was fine.
The bed proved uncomfortable, it seemed twins pushed together. A humming noise occurred intermittently. I found housekeeping visited at random times suggesting understaffing.

decent pool fantastic spa comfortable bed
The hotel has a swimming pool. a jacuzzi. There is also a sauna and steam room. The staff provided great customer service.
A small rust spot was visible in the bath, where the enamel had peeled off.
